- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper
- 2-3 cups broccoli florets, cooked
