Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice flour
  • 2 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine rice flour, granulated white sugar and baking powder.
  2. Whisk to combine.
