Ingredients
- 3 cups rice flour
- 2 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine rice flour, granulated white sugar and baking powder.
