CARAMEL S'MORES BITES

S'more caramel bites please!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla cookie crumbs
  • 2 ½ milk chocolate caramel bars
  • 16 regular marshmallows

Steps

  1. Place vanilla cookies in a food processor and process until crumbs. Set aside.
  2. In a medium size bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated white sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing until combined. Gently fold in sifted all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Add cookie crumbs and stir until combined.
