Carne Asada

Host Lizzy Mathis helps Stefni prepare some Mexican dishes for her evening asada. Together they make Homemade Tortillas, Carne Asada, Spicy Avocado Toast, and Lizzy even makes Esquite with a killer corn hack.


  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of lime juice
  • 1/2 of a bunch of finely Chopped cilantro
  • 1 thinly sliced white onion
  • 2 tbsp of garlic salt
  • 2 tsp of pepper
  • 2 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp of cumin


  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and massage meat. Being sure that marinade has covered all of the meat. Plastic wrap bowl and let sit in refrigerator for up to 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill.
