Champagne Gummy Bears
These gummy bears are made from Champagne and decorated with an edible gold leaf!
- 3 tablespoons powdered gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup champagne
- Gold leaf flakes
- Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and let develop for 5 minutes.
- Pour the champagne into a small pot and bring to a simmer. Add the gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
