Champagne Gummy Bears

These gummy bears are made from Champagne and decorated with an edible gold leaf!


  • 3 tablespoons powdered gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup champagne
  • Gold leaf flakes


  1. Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and let develop for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the champagne into a small pot and bring to a simmer. Add the gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
