Cheese Taco Shells

Your taco shell preference just grew by one. Cheese lovers, skip the tortillas and swoon over this cheese taco shell instead.


  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Lime wedges for serving


  1. Place a wooden spoon over two glasses or bowls to create a bridge.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
