Cherry Tomato Jam

Made with sweet tomatoes, this tasty spread will be your go-to jam.


  • 1 pound (or 3 cups) cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Immediately lower to a simmer and cook for 35 minutes, until tomatoes have completely burst and a thick jam is formed.
  2. Strain through the holes of a colander, pushing the mixture through the holes with the back of a spoon. Discard the peels that remain in the colander.
