Ingredients
Chicken and Marinade
- 35 1/4 ounces chicken thighs
- 7 fluid ounces plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic, grated
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 1/8 fluid ounce tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
Chicken Doner Kebab
- 2 slices apple
- Shredded cabbage
- Chopped onions
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado
- Shredded cheese
- Coriander
- Taco shells
Steps
- Cut chicken into smaller portions.
- Combine all remaining ingredients for the marinade and mix well.
