Chicken Pasta
Creamy with a robust tomato flavor, this chicken pasta is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of pasta
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 300 grams of diced chicken
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive
- 1/4 cups of white wine
- 1 tube of crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup of milk cream
- Parsley, basil, salt and pepper
- Grated cheese
Steps
- Cook the pasta, reserve.
- Heat the butter in a pan with olive oil, then sauté the onion and garlic. Add the chicken, the white wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
