Dry caramel

  • 1 ½ cups of granulated white sugar


  • 4.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted


  • 1 can milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Melt the granulated white sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until amber color.
  2. Pour over a greased fluted tub cake pan and make sure to spread it as much as possible over the bottom and sides of the pan.
