Ingredients
Dry caramel
- 1 ½ cups of granulated white sugar
Brownie
- 4.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Flan
- 1 can milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Melt the granulated white sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until amber color.
- Pour over a greased fluted tub cake pan and make sure to spread it as much as possible over the bottom and sides of the pan.
