Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

A little whipped cream turns chocolate chip cookies into a beautiful tower of deliciousness.


  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Freshly whipped cream, placed in a piping bag fitted with a round tip
  • Mini chocolate chips


  1. Combine the flour and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
