Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Chocolate and zucchini are the perfect combo for the morning, or as an afternoon delight. 😋

Ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini, unpeeled and shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine butter, honey, and brown sugar. Once fully creamed, add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
