Churro Waffle Ice Cream Cake

Basically all the wonderful things in the world joined together for this fluffy, sweet, ice cream-y concoction.

Ingredients

Ice Cream

  • 600 milliliters thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons dulce de leche

Churro Waffle Ice Cream Cake

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup very warm milk (120° to 130°F)
  • 2 tablespoons cup melted butter
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Caramel sauce to drizzle

Steps

  1. To make the ice cream, add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer until you reach stiff peaks.
  2. Line x2 6 inch cake tins with plastic wrap.
