Cookie Dough Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients

Cookie Dough Crust

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 2 3/4 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 3/4 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs

Chocolate Topping

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the eggs together.
  2. Set aside one-fourth of the mixture, then add the eggs and stir to combine.
