Crab Apple Sour Cream Bread Tarts
Serve with ice cream and this apple tart will be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 6 crab apples
- 6 small pats of butter
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 3 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream
- Cinnamon
- Mint
Steps
- Cut off the tops of each apple and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon. Put a small pat of butter into the apple cups and cover with the apple tops.
- Cut out circles with the bread slices and flatten them out. Moisten one side with melted butter and press them butter-side down into muffin tins.
