Creamy Pasta with Prawns

A simple and satisfying pasta dish with juicy shrimp and rich flavors, sure to satisfy every single time.


  • 2 cups penne pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb peeled shrimp
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground chili bell pepper
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Chopped basil, for garnish


  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Season with half the salt, remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and add mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and ground chili.
