Dairy-Free Milk 4 Ways

No cow necessary for these DIY almond, oat, hemp seed and soy milk varieties.


Oat Milk

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 cups water

Almond Milk

  • 1 cup whole raw almonds
  • 4 cups water

Soy Milk

  • 1 cup soybeans
  • 4 cups water

Hemp Seed Milk

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 4 cups water


  1. In a bowl, cover rolled oats with water and soak overnight.
  2. Drain the liquid and add to a blender with 4 cups water. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
