Ingredients
Oat Milk
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 cups water
Almond Milk
- 1 cup whole raw almonds
- 4 cups water
Soy Milk
- 1 cup soybeans
- 4 cups water
Hemp Seed Milk
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 4 cups water
Steps
- In a bowl, cover rolled oats with water and soak overnight.
- Drain the liquid and add to a blender with 4 cups water. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
