Ingredients

Chicken Chorizo Tacos

  • 2lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1lb fresh ground chorizo
  • 1 lime
  • 1⁄2 orange
  • 2 tsp Great Value Organic Turmeric
  • 1⁄2 tsp Great Value Organic Garlic Powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp Great Value Organic Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp Great Value Organic Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Great Value 6" Corn Tortillas
  • Tomatillo salsa
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Not So Fried Ice Cream

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 6oz Great Value Lightly Salted Potato Chips
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whipped Cream (Optional)
  • Great Value Maraschino Cherries (Optional)

Steps

  1. Cut up the chicken into 1⁄2” pieces and put it into a bowl
  2. Add the turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the chicken. Toss well and set aside.
