Ingredients
- 4 cups apple cider
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- Peel of 1/2 orange
- Freshly squeezed juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons honey
Steps
- In a large pot, add apple cider, lemon juice, ginger, orange peels and juice, and honey.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
