Ingredients

Egg in a Mug Breakfast

  • PAM cooking spray
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Dash of pepper

Optional Toppings

  • Sriracha
  • Scallions
  • Cilantro

Steps

  1. Spray your mug liberally with PAM and crack the eggs in.
  2. Add the milk and spices, and whisk well with a fork.
