Ingredients

  • 6 cups corn kernels
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Steps

  1. In a hot pan, add the butter, garlic and onion, cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
