Feta and veggie sandwich

Make your sandwich betta with feta!

Ingredients

  • 100 g feta
  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 2 coriander sprigs
  • 1 small chili
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 3 tsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Cut the edges of the bread and toast with some olive oil in a pan.
  2. Crumble the feta and mix with the yogurt, and a dash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
