Feta and veggie sandwich
Make your sandwich betta with feta!
Ingredients
- 100 g feta
- 50 g plain yogurt
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 1 lime
- 2 coriander sprigs
- 1 small chili
- 2 slices of bread
- 3 tsp olive oil
Steps
- Cut the edges of the bread and toast with some olive oil in a pan.
- Crumble the feta and mix with the yogurt, and a dash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
