Fluffy & Chewy Mochi
Have you tried Mochi yet? You won't regret it
- 6 sliced mochi
- 50ml water
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 15g butter
- Potato starch (for dusting), as needed
- Place sliced mochi in a bowl. Add water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 7 minutes at 500W.
- Remove the wrap and stir until the mochi is well mixed.
