Foil Packet Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Store-bought pound cake gets dressed up with caramely pineapple in this no-mess foil packet dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 pineapple ring, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 maraschino cherry, stem removed
- 1 loaf store-bought pound cake, thawed
Steps
- Fold heavy duty aluminum foil in half to create a 12x17-inch rectangle, with the dull side facing up and the narrow side facing you. Spray center with nonstick spray.
- Place butter in a 3-inch diameter in the center of foil and sprinkle with brown sugar.
