French Toast Pigs in a Blanket

Your pigs deserve a yummier, more flavorful blanket.


  • 8 breakfast sausages
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Icing sugar
  • Maple syrup


  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausages until they are browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside on a plate.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Trim each slice of bread into a 2' X 4' rectangle and then flatten using your fingers or a rolling pin.
