Ingredients
Cornbread Layer
- 1 cup Fritos® Flavor Twists® Honey BBQ Flavored Corn Chips, crushed
- 2 boxes Cornbread mix
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¾ cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Pickled Jalapeños, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 2 cups Fritos® Flavor Twists® Honey BBQ Flavored Corn Chips
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cans Navy Beans (or beans of your choice), drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Yellow Onion, diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 10 oz can diced Tomatoes, drained
- 1 10 oz can, drained

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk and eggs until smooth.
