- 1 ¼ cups sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temp and cut into cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1 1/4 cup Fritos® Original Corn Chips, gently crushed
- Cooking spray
- Line a sheet tray with parchment and spray with cooking spray.
- Add both sugars, baking soda, and heavy cream to a medium heavy bottomed saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring.
