Fritos® Sweet & Salty Southern Pralines


  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temp and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 1 1/4 cup Fritos® Original Corn Chips, gently crushed
  • Cooking spray


  1. Line a sheet tray with parchment and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Add both sugars, baking soda, and heavy cream to a medium heavy bottomed saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring.
