Garlic Butter Soy Glaze

  • 2 TBSP of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 TBSP of Holland House Organic White Wine Vinegar
  • 1⁄2 TSP of Chilli Flakes
  • 1 TBSP of Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP of Honey
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, Grated
  • 1⁄4 TSP of Black Pepper


  • 1 LB of Mushrooms
  • 2 TBSP of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 TBSP Thyme, Chopped


  1. First, prepare the glaze by melting 2 tablespoons of butter in the microwave.
  2. Then stir in the Holland House Organic White Wine Vinegar, chili flakes, dark soy sauce, honey, grated garlic, and black pepper.
