Garlic Ice Cream
I scream, you scream, we all scream for... garlic ice cream?
- 3 cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of cream and minced garlic.
- Heat on medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
