Gluten Free Banana Pudding

Tasty and gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 250 g gluten-free premix for pastry making
  • 200 g sugar

Steps

  1. Blend the bananas with the milk and vanilla essence.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the butter.
