Gluten Free Banana Pudding
Tasty and gluten free.
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr. butter
- 250 g gluten-free premix for pastry making
- 200 g sugar
- Blend the bananas with the milk and vanilla essence.
- Beat the egg yolks with the butter.
