Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies

  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 4 large eggs + 4 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache

  • 14 ounces dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup thickened cream
  • Cocoa powder, to dust

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease a loaf pan, and line with baking paper, allowing 2 to 3 inches to hang over the sides.
