Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 4 large eggs + 4 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache
- 14 ounces dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup thickened cream
- Cocoa powder, to dust
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan, and line with baking paper, allowing 2 to 3 inches to hang over the sides.
