Ingredients

For Babaganush

  • Eggplant - 2U
  • Tahini - ½ Cup
  • Plain Yogurt - 2Tbsp
  • Lemon - 1 ½U
  • Garlic - 1U
  • Parsley - 1Tbsp
  • Olive Oil - 2OZ

For stick roasted vegetables

  • Onion - 1U
  • Zucchinni - 2U
  • Mushrooms - 1 LB
  • Cherry - ½LB

Steps

  1. Burn the eggplants.
  2. Store in a tupper for 5 minutes.
