For Babaganush
- Eggplant - 2U
- Tahini - ½ Cup
- Plain Yogurt - 2Tbsp
- Lemon - 1 ½U
- Garlic - 1U
- Parsley - 1Tbsp
- Olive Oil - 2OZ
For stick roasted vegetables
- Onion - 1U
- Zucchinni - 2U
- Mushrooms - 1 LB
- Cherry - ½LB
Steps
- Burn the eggplants.
- Store in a tupper for 5 minutes.
