Hasselback Bacon Potatoes
These delicious potatoes are are fully loaded with cheese and bacon.
- 4 large potatoes
- Queijo reino cheese (a strong-flavored, dry and firm Brazilian cheese)
- 3.5 ounces sliced bacon
- Olive oil
- Precook the potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Bathe them in cold water and let them cool a bit.
