HONEY MINI POUND CAKE
This pound cake is as sweet as honey!
Ingredients
CHOCOLATE HONEYCOMB
- 3.5 oz white chocolate
- Gold dust
HONEY POUND CAKES
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp mashed sweet potato
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- For making chocolate honeycomb pieces, melt white chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie. Pour over previously cleaned bubble wrap paper and refrigerate until solid. Brush with gold dust.
