Jumbo Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms
These pork-stuffed shitake mushrooms are loaded with savory, sweet and spicy flavor.
Ingredients
Jumbo Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms
- 2 jumbo shiitake mushrooms
- 200 grams ground pork
- 1/4 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Flour
- Vegetable oil
- Green onions
- White sesame seeds
- 1 egg yolk
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 pieces chili
Steps
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Cut the stems off the shiitake mushrooms and chop finely. Sprinkle the shiitake mushrooms with flour.
