- 4 Oz of Salty Crackers
- 1 Lb of Ground Lamb (or use Ground Beef)
- 1 Egg
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 5 Fresh Red Chilies
- 2 Tbsp of Holland House White Cooking Wine
- 1⁄4 Tbsp of Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tbsp of Kosher Salt
- Put the crackers in a plastic bag and smash up until fine, then transfer into a large bowl.
- In the same bowl, add the ground lamb or ground beef.
