Kashmiri Lamb Meatball

  • 4 Oz of Salty Crackers
  • 1 Lb of Ground Lamb (or use Ground Beef)
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Oil


  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 5 Fresh Red Chilies
  • 2 Tbsp of Holland House White Cooking Wine
  • 1⁄4 Tbsp of Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of Kosher Salt


  1. Put the crackers in a plastic bag and smash up until fine, then transfer into a large bowl.
  2. In the same bowl, add the ground lamb or ground beef.
