Kiwi Yogurt Mousse Stripe Cake

Ingredients
Sponge Cake Batter
- 4 eggs, divided
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 cup flour, divided
- 1/2 tablespoon matcha powder
- Powdered sugar
Yogurt Mousse
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dry gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons water
Decorations
- 2 kiwis
- Blueberries and blackberries
- French parsley
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel the kiwis. Slice one kiwi into 1/4-inch round pieces. Cut the other kiwi into wedges.
