Lamb Ribs with Chinese Mustard BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lamb ribs
- 2 teaspoons chinese 5 spice powder
- 2 teaspoons bbq rub
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 quart? Vegetable oil
- Chinese BBQ Sauce:
- ½ cup hoisin
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons chinese mustard
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ cup chopped scallions
- ½ cup mint leaves
Steps
- Place lamb ribs in a large hotel pan on a grill over indirect heat.
- Pour oil over the ribs to cover and then cover the pan with aluminum foil.
