Lamb Ribs with Chinese Mustard BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lamb ribs
  • 2 teaspoons chinese 5 spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons bbq rub
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 quart? Vegetable oil
  • Chinese BBQ Sauce:
  • ½ cup hoisin
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chinese mustard
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • ½ cup mint leaves

Steps

  1. Place lamb ribs in a large hotel pan on a grill over indirect heat.
  2. Pour oil over the ribs to cover and then cover the pan with aluminum foil.
