Lemon Cream Dessert

Add more zest to your life with this creamy lemon dessert terrine.


  • 10 1/2 ounces cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 13 1/2 of fresh lemon juice
  • Lady fingers
  • 7 tablespoons milk
  • Lemon zest


  1. In a bowl, mix the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice, reserve.
  2. Moisten the cookies in milk. Cover the bottom of a rectangular pan with the biscuits and layer a bit of lemon cream.
