Loaded tater tots

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, place the potatoes with water and boil about 5-6 minutes, then drain well and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, shred potatoes removing as much water as possible.
