Loaded tater tots
Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Steps
- In a saucepan, place the potatoes with water and boil about 5-6 minutes, then drain well and let cool.
- In a bowl, shred potatoes removing as much water as possible.
