Marshmallow Pudding

Don't throw away that milk container! Reuse it to make this velvety marshmallow pudding.


  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 10 1/2 ounces marshmallows
  • Caramel sauce


  1. In a sauce pot, add the milk and marshmallows. Heat, while stirring, until melted. Add the eggs and continue to mix. Transfer the mixture into a milk carton and allow to cool.
  2. Put sugar and water into a pot and heat until the mixture becomes caramel. Add water and allow to cool.
