Matcha Gold Crepe Cakes

Ingredients

Matcha Gold Crepe Cakes

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 3/4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Whipped Cream

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum

Garnish

  • Chocolate, melted
  • Matcha powder
  • Gold leaf

Steps

  1. Combine ingredients for crepe in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour batter through strainer and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
