Microwave Creme Brulee

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a microwave safe measuring cup, add 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 4 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until combined. Add hot heavy cream in a steady stream, whisking eggs constantly. Pour cream mixture back into measuring cup. .
