Microwave Creme Brulee

Go Microwave-Gourmet with this quick Creme Brulee!


  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a microwave safe measuring cup, add 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, add 4 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until combined. Add hot heavy cream in a steady stream, whisking eggs constantly. Pour cream mixture back into measuring cup. .
