Milanesa Steak Sandwich

Breaded meat is largely loved all over Argentina and Chile, try it out in between some buns and with some fresh avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 top-round steak, 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 1 small baguette or roll
  • 2 tablespoons of salsa
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup of grated mozzarella

Steps

  1. Dip the steak in flour (seasoned with salt), then the 2 eggs beaten, then the panko bread crumbs.
  2. Mash the avocado with some salt and extra virgin olive oil.
