Milanesa Steak Sandwich
Breaded meat is largely loved all over Argentina and Chile, try it out in between some buns and with some fresh avocado
Ingredients
- 1 top-round steak, 1/4 inch thick
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Salt, to taste
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 1 small baguette or roll
- 2 tablespoons of salsa
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup of grated mozzarella
Steps
- Dip the steak in flour (seasoned with salt), then the 2 eggs beaten, then the panko bread crumbs.
- Mash the avocado with some salt and extra virgin olive oil.
