Mini Bundt Cakes

Money can be tight around the holidays. From the $3 cookies you will have to try to believe, to a show-stopping $25 trifle, Mia has got you covered - just because you’re on a budget doesn’t mean you have to skimp on style or taste!

Ingredients

Cakes

  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 each eggs

Wreath Decoration

  • 2 gum drops
  • 6 red m&ms
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

String Lights Decoration

  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate covered sunflower seed
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Espresso

  • Chocolate covered espresso beans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons strong coffee (decaf)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a deep mini bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, sour cream, oil, and eggs until you have a smooth and even batter.
