Moroccan Spiced Nuts
Things get a bit nutty when you upgrade mixed nuts with a bit of cayenne, curry powder, maple syrup and more.
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted almonds
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
