Mozzarella, jalapeño and prosciutto pizza

How to make Mozzarella Jalapeño and Prosciutto Pizza.


  • 1 ball pizza dough, store bought or homemade
  • Flour, for dusting
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella ball, sliced and torn
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 5-6 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • Freshly cracked pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into an oval shape. Make sure it fits on an upside down sheet tray.
