Mozzarella, jalapeño and prosciutto pizza
How to make Mozzarella Jalapeño and Prosciutto Pizza.
- 1 ball pizza dough, store bought or homemade
- Flour, for dusting
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella ball, sliced and torn
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 5-6 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
- Freshly cracked pepper
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into an oval shape. Make sure it fits on an upside down sheet tray.
