Mushroom Cream Croquette
What happens when cream of mushroom meets bacon and a deep fryer?
Ingredients
- 30 grams butter
- 4 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 bunch shimeji mushrooms, minced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 grams shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 250 cc milk
- Flour
- Egg
- Panko bread crumbs
Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook bacon, shimeji and onions on medium heat until onions are translucent.
- Season with salt and pepper.
