- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ tablespoon Brown Sugar

- 3 cups Fritos® Original Corn Chips, crushed
- 1 pound Chicken
- 1 ½ cups Buttermilk
- ¼ cup Hot Sauce
- 1 cup AP Flour
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Steps
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add in the cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic and brown sugar, and cook until it comes together into a smooth sauce.
