Ingredients
Brown Butter Pears
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
- 1 inch strip lemon peel
- 1 inch piece vanilla bean split open
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ⅛ teaspoons ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 Bosc pear, sliced
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Gingersnap Crumble
- ½ cup gingersnap cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons candied ginger, chopped
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Oats
- 4 Vanilla Almond RX A.M.™ Oats
Steps
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Bring to a light bubbling, adjusting your heat as necessary.
- Once brown spots begin to form at the bottom of the pan, add the pears. Cook for 3 minutes.
